How it all started...

Kevin
White

Kevin is a self-taught chef who strives for perfect execution on every dish.
He studies all aspects of food and has worked his way up in restaurants since age 16.

Kevin fell in love with plating desserts at age 13 when his mom leased The Battletown Inn, Berryville VA. The seed was planted.

Studied abroad at DCT University Center in Viztnau, Switzerland, earning my degree in Advanced European Pastries and Chocolates and opened with a new restaurant outside of Lucerne: Belvedere Seerestaurant who has now earned a Michelin Star

Started at The Inn at Little Washington working dinner service in the pastry department and became a lead when our pastry chef went on maternity leave.

-Moved to southwest Virginia

Moved to southwest Virginia to start our new journey together, running the kitchen at The Palisades Restaurant. We had the amazing opportunity to participate in multiple James Beard Dinners and collaborated with very talented chefs.
